Design and development of an automated system for the dynamic generation and rendering of real estate marketing landing pages for new projects, integrated into the company's central portal. Transitioned the planned architecture toward a decoupled, native environment using vanilla PHP 8.5 and vanilla JavaScript, optimizing performance and eliminating dependencies on frameworks or CMS platforms (WordPress). Implemented an event-driven integration flow by capturing structured JSON data emitted by MySQL database triggers (managed via phpMyAdmin) following property publications from the Python-based central backend. Developed a dynamic routing engine through server configuration manipulation (.htaccess) to enable automated generation of SEO-friendly URLs. Built and designed native Frontend components (HTML5/CSS3/JS) focused on conversion rate optimization (CRO) and responsive design for digital marketing campaigns. Conducted integration testing, data flow simulations, and payload consumption using Postman within local staging environments.
